ICE Krakow Congress Center was founded in 2014. On October 16, 2014 the opening concert of ICE took place. The building was designed by one of the most famous Polish architects. The center is located at Grunwaldzkie roundabout in front of the Wawel Castle. The general investor of the project was the Krakow Municipality. The project was funded by the Malopolska Regional Operational Programe for the years 2007-2013. The building has a three- storey foyer, conference rooms with a total area of 500 m2, a press center, two auditoria halls and a multi-purpose hall with 300 seats.
In the multi-purpose hall four mobile retractable tribunes with Cajun seats were installed; the seats are equipped with anti- panic desks. Olive color of the seats combined with the floor and walls in natural wood color create a sense of harmony and aesthetics.
